Jessie’s been taught by some amazing trainers and mentors who have guided her to be the hair stylist she is today. On going training between stylist and client is crutial to keeping up with hair care and trends.

Salon Policies
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must give at least 48-hours’ notice before your appointment is scheduled to occur, and you will receive a full refund of the deposit paid. If you cancel within the 48-hour notice period, then your deposit paid will be forfeited in full.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior communication or are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, then your appointment is deemed a ‘No-Show’ and we will deduct the cost of your service from your nominated credit/debit card on file as we are unable to full the service due to being an appointment based salon.
Hair Extension Policy
Due to our Salon having to order in custom hair for this service, we will require payment of a 75% deposit of the cost of the extensions and service to be paid two weeks prior to the installation booking. Our standard Cancellation and No-Show Policies apply unless you are needing to reschedule the first installation appointment due to illness or another emergency.
Lateness Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment, as failure to do so may result in your appointment being cancelled and deposit forfeited. Please call the salon if you know you are going to be over 10 minutes late so we can advise you on whether to attend your appointment.
Refund Policy
Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within 48 hours notice of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please return to the salon, so your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you.
Salon Standard Policies
We are unable to provide any service to a client with head lice. We reserve the right to refuse service on the spot if head lice are detected, and we can reschedule the service to another time once the head lice have been treated and removed satisfactorily.
If you are not feeling well or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms we ask that you please call our office as soon as possible prior to your appointment so we can reschedule the appointment to another time. We ask that you do not attend your appointment if you are not feeling well.
Wedding & Formal Policies
Wedding Deposit
Due to our Salon having to close to provide such services, we will require payment of a 75% deposit of the cost of the service to be paid when booking the service. Full and final payment is due no later than three (3) business days of your booking.
Wedding Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your wedding service with Hairbyjessie you must give at least 180 days notice before your appointment is scheduled to occur, and you will receive a full refund of the deposit paid. If you cancel within the 180 day period then 50% of your deposit will be payed back to you.
Wedding & Formal No-Show
If anyone fails to attend the appointment without prior communication, then this is deemed a 'No-Show' and no refund or compensation will be allocated to you.
Wedding & Formal Changes to service
Any changes to the services requested (e.g. number of attendees, type of services) must be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance. we will do our best to
accomodate your requests, but availability is not guaranteed.
Wedding & Formal Travel Fees
For locations beyond the Hervey Bay area, a travel fee may apply. this will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking
Wedding & Formal Timelines
Please ensure that all parties are ready at the scheduled time. we recommend allowing sufficient time for each service to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Delays may result in a rushed service or additional fees.
Wedding & Formal Touch ups
Touch up services are available upon request and must be arranged in advance, additional fees may apply.
Wedding & Formal Allergies and Sensitivities
It is the clients responsibility to inform us of any allergies or sensitivities prior to the appointment. We cannot be held liable for any reactions or issues that arise from the use of our products should you fail to notify us.
Wedding & Formal Liability.
While we strive to provide the highest quality services, we are not liable for any adverse reactions to products used during the application process.
Wedding & Formal Satisfaction.
If you are unhappy with the service, please inform us immediately so we can rectify the issue. If communication is not made immediately, we take no responsability for the final result of your service.
